Chicken Crepes Dolores

- Desired number of cooked crepes shopping list
- 3 to 4 lb. chicken shopping list
- 1-1/4 lbs grated swiss cheese shopping list
- 2 cups heavy cream shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 2 or more canned jalapeno chiles, seeded, rinsed and finely minced shopping list
How to make it
- Cook chicken; remove meat from bones, skin and dicd meat.
- Reserve 1 cup cheese.
- Combined diced chicken, remaining cheese, salt, pepper and jalapenos.
- Place a large spoonful of chicken mixture on each crepe and roll up.
- Place filled, rolled crepes in a shallow, ungreased before making dish and top wih reserved cup of cheese.
- Pour cream over all.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- These may be frozen without cream. Thaw and add cream just before baking.
