This is probably pretty common, but I had not heard of it until I met Mike's dad. (my guac was avocado, mayo, onion, garlic, maybe tomatoes.... boring!!!) I'm putting it in as a memory to Poppop. We lost him last friday to cancer.

Ingredients
- 3 avocados - ripe
- 1 container small curd cottage cheese
- garlic salt
- lime juice
- chopped onion
- chopped cilantro
- green pepper sauce
- cyanne pepper
- cumin
Directions
- Cut, scoop and mash avocados in a medium bowl, drop a pit in to keep it from turning brown (Dad swore by this!)
- Add cottage cheese, mix well
- add to your taste: garlic salt, lime juice, onion, cilantro, green pepper sauce, cyanne pepper and cumin.
- Mix well
- Serve with chips
