Bisquick Banana Bread Recipe

This makes one loaf, quick an easy to make, got the recipe from one of the patients wifes when I was working in Day Surgery. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 2 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 lg. very ripe bananas
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions
- Mix together Bisquick, sugar, oil and eggs, beat well. Stir in
- bananas. Add vanilla and nuts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes in loaf pan.

I think this may be the recipe I have been searching for! Many years ago (like 1986)someone brought a banana bread to our annual 4th of July party that was made with Bisquick and I have not been able to find it. Thank you!
