- Marinate : shopping list
- 2 tbsp crushed pepper ( roasted ) , chopped garlic and ginger shopping list

- 2 spring chicken shopping list
- 4 tbsp ginger , crushed shopping list
- 2 tbsp spring onion shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- ..................................................................................... shopping list
- Finishing touch : shopping list
- 2 tbsp ginger , 2 spring onion shopping list
- 3 tbsp olive oil and soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Blend the pepper , ginger and garlic .
- Rinse the chickens , pat dry .
- Marinate and chill for couple of hrs .
- Pre heat oven at 180 deg .
- Line a roasting pan .
- Place the birds with the chest down , wings tucked under .
- Roast for 30 mins uncovered .
- Turn the birds and brush with oil .
- Roast for 30 mins or until it's cooked .
- Cover loosely with foil and leave it for 15 mins .
- Cut each bird into half .
- ...................................................................
- Smoke the oil at high flame .
- Pour it over ginger and onion and add the sauce .
- Put the oil over the bird before serving .
