You find it almost in any eating place in Singapore . One of my fave . Can blanch some shrimp and top it up too .

Ingredients
  • Kailan ( chinese broccoli ) - 1 bunch , wahed and cut the stalks into thirds .
  • Olive oil
  • Sauce ( heat it for 1 min ) :
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic , chopped
  • 2 slices ginger , julienned
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp stalk ( optional )

Directions
  1. Cut the stmes into thin slices , tops into florets .
  2. Boilw ater and add salt , oil and the vege .
  3. Cook until tender and crisp like for 3 mins .
  4. Drain and place on a serving plate .
  5. Drizzle the sauce on top .
