Kai lan Stir Fry

- Kailan ( chinese broccoli ) - 1 bunch , wahed and cut the stalks into thirds . shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- Sauce ( heat it for 1 min ) : shopping list
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp garlic , chopped shopping list
- 2 slices ginger , julienned shopping list
- 2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp stalk ( optional ) shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the stmes into thin slices , tops into florets .
- Boilw ater and add salt , oil and the vege .
- Cook until tender and crisp like for 3 mins .
- Drain and place on a serving plate .
- Drizzle the sauce on top .
