How to make it

  • Tear spinach into bite-sized pieces and place in a salad bowl. In a seperate bowl, whisk together vinegars, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add to spinach and toss lightly. Add strawberries, poppy seeds and onions. Toss lightly and serve.
  • *For best resuts, wait until serving time to add dressing to spinach. This prevents the spinach from wilting. Sliced red bell pepper is also is also good in this salad.
  • 50 calories, 2 g protein, 1 g fat, 11 g carbs, 69 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol per serving.
