Delicious Blender Apricot Jam

- 1 pound dried apricots shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1 orange, quartered and seeded shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Pour boiling water over apricots in a bowl
- Cover, and let stand overnight
- Put apricots and juice in blender container with orange and sugar
- Use medium speed until smooth
- Stop frequently to scrape sides of container with spatula
- Continue blending until mixture is the same even color throughout
- Remove and place in a container
- May be frozen or kept in refrigerator
- Makes about 1-3/4 cups

Rosemary this sounds great! My husband is the bread baker here and this will pair well with many of his breads. Thanks for sharing. I wonder if you could use other dried fruits as well?
