This recipe came from an issue of BBC Good Food magazine from 1999. Was really pleased with the unique flavor of the salad dressing and highly recommend it.

Ingredients
  • 2 T fish or oyster sauce
  • the juice of 2 limes
  • splash of soy sauce
  • handful of fresh, chopped cilantro

Directions
  1. Mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. Spoon over a toss salad.
