How to make it

  • Cover peaches with 1 cup of sugar; set aside.
  • Combine remaining 2/3 cup sugar with remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well.
  • Fold in peaches; pour into well greased deep baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
  • May serve hot or cold with whipped cream or dessert topping.

    I love home made puddings, the only way I know how to make puddings is with tofu so maybe need to branch out more and experiment. This sounds like a good one to start with. I just love peaches and now I can't stop thinking of the taste of a juicy peach.
