This is a very nice and very creamy pie. You can substitute any berry for the blackberries but I am such a blackberry fanatic this is the one I make when I have blackberries on hand. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1-1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Sprinkle blackberries in bottom of pie shell.
  3. Mix beaten eggs, milk and vanilla together and pour over blackberries.
  4. Bake until knife comes clean when stuck halfway between rim and middle.
