Blackberry Custard Pie

- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell shopping list
- 2 cups fresh blackberries shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1-1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Sprinkle blackberries in bottom of pie shell.
- Mix beaten eggs, milk and vanilla together and pour over blackberries.
- Bake until knife comes clean when stuck halfway between rim and middle.

This is an easy recipe and makes a great pie. Remember that a frozen pie crust does not need "pricked" for this kind of pie. I was a little too vigorous with the fork, poking some pinholes in the aluminum pan. A real mess followed...
