How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients EXCEPT vanilla in a kettle.
  • Stir over low heat until chocolate and margarine is melted.
  • Boil 1 min. at full rolling boil.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Beat until luke warm.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Continue beating until it is spreadable.

    It's better with butter, but I realize that might be a problem. If you really want it to rock, add 1 T cocoa (unsweetened) to the mix.
