Chocolate Fudge Frosting Recipe

This is the Chocolate Fudge Frosting to go with my Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cherry Cake recipe that is on here.

Ingredients
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Corn syrup
- 1/2 c. Milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 squares Semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT vanilla in a kettle.
- Stir over low heat until chocolate and margarine is melted.
- Boil 1 min. at full rolling boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat until luke warm.
- Add vanilla.
- Continue beating until it is spreadable.

It's better with butter, but I realize that might be a problem. If you really want it to rock, add 1 T cocoa (unsweetened) to the mix.
