How to make it

  • Heat grill
  • in a bowl combine worcestershire sauce, bbq sauce, onion, garlic, pepper, salt, & hot sauce,
  • Marinade shrimp in mix in the fridge for about an hour
  • using a slotted spoon pull shrimp from mixture and pour marinade into a saucepan, add the butter. Cook marinade until it boils for about 2-3 minutes. add lemon juice and let marinade cool.
  • Put a piece of tin foil on the grill. dull side up. Cook shrimp on the tin foil until opaque (about 3 minutes on each side, brushing periodically with marinade)
