Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 tablespoons tomato-based barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 pound large raw shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons butter, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions
  1. Heat grill
  2. in a bowl combine worcestershire sauce, bbq sauce, onion, garlic, pepper, salt, & hot sauce,
  3. Marinade shrimp in mix in the fridge for about an hour
  4. using a slotted spoon pull shrimp from mixture and pour marinade into a saucepan, add the butter. Cook marinade until it boils for about 2-3 minutes. add lemon juice and let marinade cool.
  5. Put a piece of tin foil on the grill. dull side up. Cook shrimp on the tin foil until opaque (about 3 minutes on each side, brushing periodically with marinade)
