Gluten Free Baked Crab Balls Recipe
Your guests will rave over this. These are easy to make ahead and pop into the microwave just before serving. Serve with Dill Dip

Ingredients
  • 12 oz cooked crabmeat or two 6 ounce cans
  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 celery rib, minced
  • 1 tablespoon green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup crushed Gluten Free cereal flakes of GF breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dill

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a cookie sheet with vegetable oil spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, blend crabmeat, egg whites, sour cream, green onions, and lemon juice.
  4. Form the mixture into 1" balls and roll them in the crushed cereal combined with the dill. Place on cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Serve slightly warm.
  7. Makes 20 to 24 crab balls.
  8. Dill Dip
  9. 1 cup sour cream
  10. 1/4 cup Hellman's Mayonaise
  11. 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  12. 3 Tablespoons dill weed
  13. Mix all ingredients and chill until ready to use
