This is good old bacon country white gravy. Tops bisqutes hashbrowns eggs toast etc.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup bacon grease
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1Tsp pepper

Directions
  1. Once you have fried you bacon remove from grease.( On low heat)
  2. Stir in flour until smooth.
  3. Add milk to water and then to grease and flour mixture.
  4. Add salt and pepper simmer (on low heat )
  5. Stir with whisk until thickened.
