Cornbread Pudding

- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 can whole kernel corn (15-1/4 ounce size) drained shopping list
- 1 can cream-style corn (14-3/4 ounce size) shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter -- melted shopping list
- 1 package corn bread/muffin mix (8-1/2 ounce size) shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in corn bread mix just until blended. Pour into a greased 9x9 baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm.
