Best ever smoothies

- 2 cups ice cubes shopping list
- 2 cups fruit or berries, any variety, frozen works well shopping list
- 1 - 2 scoops of protein powder shopping list
- 1 - 2 scoops of splenda or sugar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp vanilla flavouring shopping list
- 1 - 2 cups of milk shopping list
How to make it
- put ice cubes and fruit into blender
- add protein powder, sweetener and flavouring
- add enough milk to cover the ice cubes
- Blend & Pour into cups
- Enjoy!!!

This was very good! I only made 1 serving. I used slightly frozen mixed berries and crushed pineapples. I used 3 Tbls. of sugar and I omitted the protein powder...I just never use the stuff. I didn't add the 2 Tbls. of vanilla flavoring because it ta...more

Have this most days for B'fast in warm weather. I use Agave instead of Sugar Sub.
