How to make it

  • put ice cubes and fruit into blender
  • add protein powder, sweetener and flavouring
  • add enough milk to cover the ice cubes
  • Blend & Pour into cups
  • Enjoy!!!

    Have this most days for B'fast in warm weather. I use Agave instead of Sugar Sub.
    The vanilla is what I was missing. Thank you for the post.

    This was very good! I only made 1 serving. I used slightly frozen mixed berries and crushed pineapples. I used 3 Tbls. of sugar and I omitted the protein powder...I just never use the stuff. I didn't add the 2 Tbls. of vanilla flavoring because it tasted perfectly fine without it! Great easy recipe! I added my photo!
