Zoes Fried Apples

These apples make a great side dish or dessert served warm with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 6 tart apples, unpeeled and sliced shopping list
- 1/4 c butter or bacon grease shopping list
- 2 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- *Saute apples in butter of bacon grease until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- *Stir in remaining ingredients.
- *Cook until liquid gets syrupy (about 5 minutes).
- *Cool slightly and serve.

I'm thinking of going all the way and using a little Butter, little Bacon Grease and a little LARD to saute my Apples...lol kiddin' Gr8t post Zoe, I love Apples this way on pancakes or in crepes...
