Salt Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Wash and scrub potatoes
  • Put in a large pot and cover with water
  • Add 1 lb salt
  • Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender
  • Drain and pour melted butter over potatoes, gently tossing to coat

    As soon as I saw SALT POTATOES I thought I was back home in Rochester, N.Y. Live in Connecticut now and they have no clue about salt potatoes. Thank you soooo much.
