Quick easy to make, and delicious! My dressing also serves as a wonderful marinade for grilled meat, fish and vegetables. I even use it to coat a grilled bruschetta. Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- Extra virgin olive oil (first pressing is best)* EVOO*
- red wine vinegar -1/4 the amount of olive oil used
- a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- minced garlic
- oregano
- basil
- salt & pepper
Directions
- Whisk all the ingredients together.
- Always serve it fresh! :)
