Simply Made Italian Dressing Marinade

Quick easy to make, and delicious! My dressing also serves as a wonderful marinade for grilled meat, fish and vegetables. I even use it to coat a grilled bruschetta. Enjoy! :)
Ingredients
- extra virgin olive oil (first pressing is best)* EVOO* shopping list
- red wine vinegar -1/4 the amount of olive oil used shopping list
- a squeeze of fresh lemon juice shopping list
- minced garlic shopping list
- oregano shopping list
- basil shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk all the ingredients together.
- Always serve it fresh! :)
