Ingredients
  • 2 Large Jars (spanish)Green Olives-with pimento
  • 2 Large Jars (black)Olives- Pitted
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers Chopped
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers Chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh Celery Chopped
  • 5 cloves fresh Garlic diced
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/3/4 cups White Distilled Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Refrigerate, preferably overnight
  3. Feel free to add chunks of Extra Sharp Provelone Cheese
  4. Serve as a side dish
