Jalapeno Sweet Corn Dip Recipe

Had this at an office party recently (yes, we party a lot - and get lots of work done, too) and HAD to have the recipe! Serve with corn chips and dip away...and away...and away...........

Ingredients
- 2 cans white shoepeg corn
- 1 c. fresh jalapeno peppers, finely diced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 T. chopped green onions
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix together all of the above, chill, and serve with corn chips.
- NOTE: Haven't tried this yet, but I think it would be really good mixed with plain rice and served as a salad, too.
- NOTE 2: The original recipe called for banana peppers, but Mashawn used jalapenos instead. We all loved the heat!
