Ingredients

How to make it

  • Rub the tenderloin with olive oil then season with salt and pepper
  • Slice tenderloin according to your desired size and shape
  • Pan fry or roast the sliced pork until gloden brown
  • Then set aside in a platter
  • Sauce:
  • Saute chopped garlic until golden brown
  • Add the sliced mushrooms
  • Add the oyster sauce simmer for a few seconds
  • Add the cream of mushroom
  • Make sure it is in low fire
  • Add the corstarch and water mixture
  • Add salt and pepper if desired to improve taste
  • Top the fried Pork Tenderloin
