How to make it

  • In medium bowl, whisk together sugar and liqueur.
  • Gently fold in strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and mint.
  • Serve immediately (or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours) in pretty glass dessert or pudding dishes.
  • Serve with some some creme fraiche or clotted cream on the side
