I have baked this cake many times before..baked it last nite using CAKE FLOUR instead of all-purpose flour..hands down, the BEST exchange I've ever done!!

This cake needs no topping, but it makes an awesome base for some whip cream & glazed strawberries!
COOK'S NOTE(S):
* I use either Baker's Joy (think that's what it's called) OR Crisco non-stick baking spray; either one has the flour already in it. Use generously on the bottom, sides, and the tube thing in the center..once cool, your cake will LEAP (or fall) out of the pan with NO sticking!
** I think my oven is very hot or something; cake was done in 75 mins. Again, check it at about 70 mins & watch it after that, otherwise it may be too brown on bottom.
