How to make it

  • PEEL AND CUT POTATOES INTO QUARTERS
  • POUR OLIVE OIL INTO DISH AND THOROUGHLY COVER THE POTATOES IN THE OIL
  • THEN PUT THE POTATO PIECES INTO A BAKING PAN
  • SPRINKLE WITH HERBS AND SALT AS DESIRED, SAGE, ROSEMARY OR MIXED HERBS.
  • BAKE IN OVEN AT 200C FOR 40 MINUTES.
  • DELIICIOUS

    You might like my Frank's Low Fat French Fries....There's nothing "low-fat" tasting about them....They're just good potatoes!
