Slow Roasted Rosemary Chicken Recipe

A great main dish that can be severed with almost anything.

Ingredients
- One Young Chicken (apporx. 3.5 lbs)
- One Small Onion, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Paprika
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Rosemary
- 6 Cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Clean out and wash chicken, then pat dry.
- Combine salt, pepper, paprika, and rosemary in a bowl and set mixture aside.
- Place chopped onion in the bottom of slow cooker.
- Rub inside of chicken with the mixture and place two cloves of garlic inside.
- Rub outside of chicken with olive oil and mixture, then place chicken in slow cooker.
- Put slow cooker on low and leave cooking for about 8 hours.
