Ingredients
  • One Young Chicken (apporx. 3.5 lbs)
  • One Small Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Rosemary
  • 6 Cloves Fresh Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
  1. Clean out and wash chicken, then pat dry.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, paprika, and rosemary in a bowl and set mixture aside.
  3. Place chopped onion in the bottom of slow cooker.
  4. Rub inside of chicken with the mixture and place two cloves of garlic inside.
  5. Rub outside of chicken with olive oil and mixture, then place chicken in slow cooker.
  6. Put slow cooker on low and leave cooking for about 8 hours.
