Eggless Mango Icecream

- 200 ml milk shopping list
- 3/4 - 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder shopping list
- 200 ml mango puree shopping list
- 200 ml thick cream shopping list
- 4 tbsp chopped pistachios shopping list
- mango cubes as desired shopping list
How to make it
- Mix 2 tablespoons of the milk with the custard powder in a bowl.
- Boil remaining milk.When it comes to boil,add sugar.
- Cook on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Slowly add the rest of the milk and custard powder mixture, and cook until it starts to thicken.
- Remove from heat.Leave to cool.
- Combine cooled custard,mango puree and cream in a large bowl,beat well.
- Pour the mixture in a container and place it in the freezer for about 30 mins.
- Remove from freezer and beat the mixture. Return to freezer for another 30 mins.
- Repeat the process for about 3-4 times.Then add chopped pistachios and mangoes.
- Allow the mixture to freeze over night. Scoop out the ice cream and serve immediately.
