Yummy!!

Mamalou is my Aunt and I get most of my great recipes from her! This happens to be one. I use italian cold cuts... It is always a hit!!

I have been looking for a different manicotti dish. What do you think about using the stromboli stuffing for a manicotti stuffing and using your baked rigatoni sauce for the manicotti?

Pointsevenout, why not give it a try. Sounds to me to be an interesting twist on manicotti, however, you might need a binder to hold it together...maybe a little ricotta or a small amount of breadcrumb and egg. Let me know if you try it.
