Easy Rhubarb Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Toss the rhubarb with the sugar and place in baking dish
  • Pour over the hot water
  • Sprinkle white cake mix over top
  • Sprinkle strawberry dry jello over top of cake mix
  • Drizzle melted butter over all
  • Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until rhubarb is soft and bubbling

    Mmmmmmm. . . My mom used to make Strawberry/Rhubarb pie when I was a kid. This combo reminds me of that. Good recipe.
