Ingredients
  • 4 cups cut up rhubarb
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1 package strawberry (or raspberry) jello
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Directions
  1. Toss the rhubarb with the sugar and place in baking dish
  2. Pour over the hot water
  3. Sprinkle white cake mix over top
  4. Sprinkle strawberry dry jello over top of cake mix
  5. Drizzle melted butter over all
  6. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until rhubarb is soft and bubbling
