Cucumber and Sour Cream Salad Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Make this salad at least 2 hours before you wish to serve it.
  • Peel the cucumbers and slice thinly.
  • Blend together the other ingredients (except lettuce leaves).
  • Add cucumbers and stir enough to distribute the dressing evenly.
  • Put in refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Before serving, place lettuce leaves on individual serving plates or on a serving dish.
  • Top with cucumber mixture and serve at once.

Combine then chill   Close
Serve over lettuce   Close

    My grandma used to make this for me when I was little. I make it now but have never tried it with the lemon juice or lettuce. I will have to do that soon. thankyou:)
