How to make it

  • Combine the olive oil, strawberries, vinegar, salt, pepper, tarragon and sugar in a food processor.
  • Pulse until the strawberries are pureed.
  • The dressing can be made ahead of time and chilled.
  • Stir before using.
  • Makes 1 1/2 cups.

    This sounds delicious! I have some itsy bitsy alpine strawberries and fresh tarragon growing in containers on my patio. I may have to fill in a little with commercial strawberries though.
