How to make it

  • Heat a wok and fry the spices in oil .
  • Add the vegetables on high fire and pinch of salt and cook for 2 mins .
  • Add the rice and stir fry intensely on high fire until all the rice are coated with oil and aroma fills the air .
  • Add the peas , pepper pwd , chilli sauce .
  • Mix the green part of spring onion and serve HOT on it's own or side dish .
