Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large sauce pan
  • I like to lightly brown, but not burn the garlic first.
  • Add in onion, heat till softened, (dont burn the garlic)
  • Add in remaining ingredients, and simmer for at least 30 minutes
  • Use the pineapple for a little more tropical/sweet sauce, that will be loved by the kids.

Its great.. start your ribs off and in the last 1/2 hour of cooking slather on the sauce and grill it on the ribs. The sugar content makes it sticky, and gooey.. and sweet.. (but not too sweet). Let it darken to a near burn when you finish off the ribs..
It will make for messy ribs.. so have lots of napkins handy. But its killer.

Greatness here. Love the sounds of this. You have my 5. By the way, I agree with your synopsis of the great cocktail, it truly is an art and one that has lost its path along the way.
