lost the recipe, trying to recreate it. This is pretty much it. Please leave comments.

Ingredients
- 2lb beef roast
- 1can beef broth
- 7oz chipotle salsa
- 4oz jared jalapeno peppers
- 2TBLS honey
- 2TBLS chili powder
- 1 oinion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2tsp thyme
- 1can diced tomatoes
Directions
- throw in a crock pot and cook all day
- remove half the juice and use later to make mexican style rice
- shred beef and serve in tortillas, make tacos, tamales, enchiladas, etc...

Yup, this is right up my alley...I'd only sub stock for broth and fresh peppers for jarred cus I have so darn many peppers to use up, still! Thanks for the addition. :)
