How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses.
  • Serve immediately.

    We're determined to try more smoothies this summer, loving the fresh fruit taste (had mango last weekend - delish). This sounds fantastic (love pomegranate juice - never tried soy milk, but I will now!)...thanks, MrsP!
