Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothies Recipe
This is my new favorite breakfast drink. Found the recipe in a Pillsbury magazine.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup soy milk

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute until smooth.
  3. Pour into two glasses.
  4. Serve immediately.

We're determined to try more smoothies this summer, loving the fresh fruit taste (had mango last weekend - delish). This sounds fantastic (love pomegranate juice - never tried soy milk, but I will now!)...thanks, MrsP!
