  • In a skillet; melt butter. Add celery and onion; saute until
  • tender but not brown. In a large bowl; combine bread crumbs,
  • oranges, orange rind, seasonings and pecans. Add celery and
  • onions. Toss together lightly. This makes enough stuffing for
  • a five pound bird. Serves 4
