Orange Pecan Stuffing

Good with a chicken or turkey
Ingredients
- Orange pecan Stuffing shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup celery, chopped shopping list
- 8 cups soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 cups oranges, peeled & diced shopping list
- 2 tsp grated orange rind shopping list
- 3/4 tsp poultry seasoning shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 cup pecan pieces, toasted shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet; melt butter. Add celery and onion; saute until
- tender but not brown. In a large bowl; combine bread crumbs,
- oranges, orange rind, seasonings and pecans. Add celery and
- onions. Toss together lightly. This makes enough stuffing for
- a five pound bird. Serves 4
