My mother in law made this bread all the time. She made it with many of her Indian/ Burmese dishes. I make and serve these with rich stews like Burgundy Beef and Barley or Creamy Chicken noodle. I like it best with beef soups and dishes.

Yeah.. this is a classic indian bread.. i have had it many times with those hot mashed garbanzo beans... quite interesting but down homey feeling food. sometimes the simple things can't be beat.
