Ingredients
  • 20 boneless chicken tederloins- dredged in flour
  • 2 Peppers Green/Red Bell-sliced into strips
  • 2 cups sliced Mushrooms
  • 8 diced Artichocke Hearts
  • 1/4 lb Sliced Pepperoni- cut into strips
  • 1 Jar Marinara Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Locatelli Romano Grated Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Red Wine
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic diced or chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 5-10 Basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock

Directions
  1. Heat Olive oil aprox. 3 tablespoons in saute pan-
  2. Add Chicken, peppers
  3. Saute 5 minutes each side
  4. Add mushrooms, Artichoke Hearts, Pepperoni
  5. Saute another 5 minutes
  6. Add Chicken Stock, Wine, Marinara, Cheese, Garlic, Onion powder, black pepper
  7. Before serving add a tablespoon of butter rolled in flour and serve on a bed of penne or ziti boiled pasta
