Chicken Pepperoni

- 20 boneless chicken tederloins- dredged in flour shopping list
- 2 peppers Green/Red Bell-sliced into strips shopping list
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 8 diced Artichocke Hearts shopping list
- 1/4 lb Sliced Pepperoni- cut into strips shopping list
- 1 Jar marinara sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup Locatelli Romano Grated cheese shopping list
- 1/4 Cup red wine shopping list
- 3 cloves fresh garlic diced or chopped shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 5-10 basil leaves chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock shopping list
How to make it
- Heat Olive oil aprox. 3 tablespoons in saute pan-
- Add Chicken, peppers
- Saute 5 minutes each side
- Add mushrooms, Artichoke Hearts, Pepperoni
- Saute another 5 minutes
- Add Chicken Stock, Wine, Marinara, Cheese, Garlic, Onion powder, black pepper
- Before serving add a tablespoon of butter rolled in flour and serve on a bed of penne or ziti boiled pasta
