Delicious orange flavored muffins
Ingredients

- 1-3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- icing shopping list
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soft butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 cups sifted powdered sugar shopping list

How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400° F. In medium bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. In a separate bowl beat eggs; add butter, marmalade, and milk. Add all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir quickly and lightly until just mixed. Mixture will be lumpy. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. For icing, blend all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Frost muffins when cool.
