Dutch Oven Upside-Down Cake

- 1 (16-oz) can sliced pineapple shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. margarine shopping list
- 1 small jar maraschino cherries shopping list
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 (2-layer) package yellow cake mix shopping list
How to make it
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
- Line Dutch oven with foil.
- Grease foil with margarine.
- Arrange pineapple and cherries on foil.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and 3 Tbsp. reserved juice over fruit.
- Prepare cake mix using package directions.
- Pour over fruit.
- Place cover on Dutch oven.
- Place 1-inch above hot coals.
- Top with hot coals.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cake tests done.
- Cool for 10 minutes.
- Invert onto platter; Peel off foil.
