Quick And Tasty Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

1 med onion, slice into rings

1 lemon, sliced

A few pats of butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place fillets onto a baking dish lined with tin foil.

Place onion and lemon slices on top.

Add a few pats of butter to each fillet.

Season with salt and pepper.

Wrap another sheet of tin foil on top of fish to form a tent.

Place in oven and bake for about an hour or until fish starts to flake.

I like the idea of the onion & lemon, but because I don't care for fish unless it is rare, I'd probably just cook it for about 10 minutes on high in the toaster oven.
