    Quick And Tasty Salmon
Well, this really wasn't quick - OK to me 50 minutes isn't quick. And it wasn't that tasty. It was good, but it tasted like salmon with some butter on it. I don't know what happened but I had no onion or lemon flavor in my salmon. There was a lot of liquid in the bottom so basically this was poached/steamed and the fish was very pale. It needs some herbs or something else. Still - I ate some for my dinner and will use the leftovers in some eggs for breakfast. Tried to get a picture of all the liquid that was in the foil but I don't think that really came through.

Too bad it wasn't quick & tasty..wonder why the lemon flavor didn't come thru? You have enough lemon on the fish...I usually always add some herbs along with lemon when I cook fish. Some dill would have been nice. Very nice picture Frankieanne:)

Even on the recipe it says 60 minutes, which I agree is not quick! I like the idea of the foil clean up too! I did go through her recipes though and saved a couple. The parmesan garlic sauce sounds yummy!

Maybe she meant quick to put together? I don't know...that's not quick to me, either. Seems odd that there was no onion or lemon flavor. Oh well. I'm glad you posted it here, Frankieanne. It's so helpful to get the reviews, even when it doesn't turn out as you hoped. I am gonna have to go look for that sauce recipe, ML2C. That does sound yummy.
