Mango Banana smoothie - yum! Note: For dairy free diets, substitute 1/2 soy milk or soft silken tofu for the yogurt. For low sugar diets, substitute 1Tbls Splenda for the brown sugar.

Ingredients
  • 1 mango - peeled, sliced & chilled
  • 1 banana - ready to eat
  • 2 Tbls light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions
  1. Place sliced fruit into blender.
  2. Add yogurt.
  3. Blend 15 seconds.
  4. Add sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Add ice cubes.
  6. Blend 1 minute.
  7. Pour and enjoy!
