White Bosnian Pie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • few times between-fingers salt
  • 500g sour cream with a high fat content
  • 500g white cow cheese
  • 1 bag baking powder
  • 200ml sunflower oil
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 600g corn flour
  • 5 teaspoons corn flour

Directions
  1. Mix salt and eggs.
  2. Add the baking powder and oil.
  3. Then add cheese and mix it with a large spoon squizing and making it crumble.
  4. Finally, add the cream and the four.
  5. On a big plate, if round 38, if square 30x30, spread oil and sprinkle with corn flour. Pour the mixture and sprinkle with flour over it just a little.
  6. Put in a warm oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Serve warm or cold, with yoghurt or any sauce of your choice.

Something new for me to try! I am hoping that 1 bag of baking powder = about 2 teasps.! Going to try it that way!
