Sweet Potatoes with Orange Nuts and Sherry

This is a favorite of mine. I love this stuff!
Ingredients
- 4 cooked sweet potatoes shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup raisins shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sherry shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon grated orange peel shopping list
How to make it
- Mix potatoes with all remaining ingredients and place in a 1 1/2 qt
- casserole dish.
- Cover and bake 350 for 20 minutes or hot and bubbly.
