This is a favorite of mine. I love this stuff!

Ingredients
  • 4 cooked sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons sherry
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated orange peel

Directions
  1. Mix potatoes with all remaining ingredients and place in a 1 1/2 qt
  2. casserole dish.
  3. Cover and bake 350 for 20 minutes or hot and bubbly.
