BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS SUPREME This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Park Estate in Irving, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups fine dry bread crumbs

Directions
  1. In large bowl combine first eight ingredients then place chicken in mixture and turn to coat.
  2. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade then coat each piece with crumbs.
  4. Arrange in a shallow baking pan then bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
