Ingredients
  • 50 enoki mushroom caps
  • 1/8 tsp bread crumbs
  • 1/2 bay scallop pureed
  • 1/4 tsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp oregano

Directions
  1. Spend the next week or so hollowing out the enoki's. Blend the remaining ingredients and stuff the caps. bake at 350 for 5 minutes.
  2. ENJOY!
