Wedding Potatoes

These potatoes are always a hit when I make them. You can sub out the chicken soup for cream of mushroom instead and viola its vegetarian!
Ingredients
- 2 pound package frozen hash browns shopping list
- ½ stick melted margarine shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- ½ large onion, chopped fine shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted shopping list
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups crumbled corn flakes or bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- mix and put into greased 9x13 inch pan.
- bake one hour at 350 degrees
