Crab Cucumber Salad

This recipe is a refreshing salad that goes well with grilled meat, and chili beans. It is an old family favorite.
Ingredients
- 3 large cucumbers, peeled, quartered and sliced shopping list
- 1 flat package of imitation crab chunks, cut up into smaller pieces shopping list
- 1 package small cherry tomatoes, halved shopping list
- 4 green onions, cleaned and thinly sliced shopping list
- 16 oz. carton sour cream shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. Crystal louisiana hot sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt, shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper, shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. dill weed shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, imitation crab, cherry tomatoes, and green onions.
- In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, and mix with a wire whisk.
- Stir the sour cream mixture into the the large bowl with the cucumber...............
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours, until totally chilled
- Serve with Meat off the grill, and chili beans
