How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, egg yolk and cream cheese. Whisk with a french whisk until very well blended, then continue whisking for a minute or two until it starts to thicken by itself.
  • Place a layer of fresh blueberries in 4-6 dessert cups or individual serving bowls.
  • Spoon the mixture over each one.
  • Refrigerate until serving time. Serve chilled.
