Lemon Chiffon Blueberry Cups Recipe

Ingredients

1-2 c. fresh blueberries (or fresh raspberies, banana, nectarines...)

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/3 c. lemon juice

1 egg yolk

6 oz. cream cheese

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, egg yolk and cream cheese. Whisk with a french whisk until very well blended, then continue whisking for a minute or two until it starts to thicken by itself.

Place a layer of fresh blueberries in 4-6 dessert cups or individual serving bowls.

Spoon the mixture over each one.

Refrigerate until serving time. Serve chilled.
